As a Commercial Customer Service Representative, you will deal with the administrative, commercial and logistical aspects of the sales process within our organization. You are the link between customers and your colleagues in the office. You are an involved employee, think about improvements within the department and stimulate and support your colleagues to implement these.

Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders in an automated order administration system (Exact),
    including further follow-up until invoicing
  • Answering and handling incoming questions by phone and e-mail
  • Sales support Account managers Private Label and Export
  • Registering and handling complaints
  • Requesting and preparing documents for Export shipments
  • Support and active participation in improvement projects

Who are you:

  • You have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in a commercial direction
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch, English and German language in word and writing.
  • Knowledge of the French language is an advantage
  • You are commercial, result, solution and service oriented
  • You are driven, take initiative and have perseverance
  • You have experience with automated systems (experience with Exact is an advantage) and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an inside sales/customer service department
